Return-Exchange Policy

 

"Exchanges Policy"  

 

  ITEMS  CAN BE EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE.

We don't issue refunds we just exchange. 

Your package must be postmarked for return within 7 business days of the delivery date of your original package. Send back your return item(s) with a copy of invoice. Please email us to confirm we have the size needed in stock.   We  only exchange for the same style in a  different size.  You will be held responsible for paying shipping  on new item(s). Customer pays for shipping  if an item has to be exchanged. Customer is allowed to exchange once per order. Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and with the original tags attached and original packaging. ​Not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant, please ensure the highest level of care when handling your items while trying on your order.   *For hygiene purposes, all underwear, swimwear, panties, lingerie, bodysuits are not refundable or exchangeable

 

Jewelry Tights, Hats, glasses, accessories, undergarments or Sale items  are FINAL SALE. .

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department.  Exchanges are processed within 5 working days of receiving your item(s).

Store Credit:

If we don't have your size or item is out of stock you will be provided with store credit.  Credits are issued in the form of a code and it will need to be use within 3 months after been issued. When using your credit code you must make sure that the item(s) you are getting is equal or greater than the credit code amount. You will receive an email with a store credit code, which can be applied at checkout.

NOTE: Shipping Costs are not refunded or applied to store credit during exchange process.

 

We Do Not Cancel Orders Please double check your order before submitting payment. 

Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
