For orders $100 or more, shipping charges will be waived. That's right, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100! For US orders only!   Free Shipping International for orders over $ 200

 

Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours  guaranteed from the time of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). All shipping is sent via USPS out of California . All  US orders take between  1-5 business days (excluding holidays) to arrive depending on location. 

 

First Class shipping :

  • 1-5 days 

 

Priority  Shipping: 

  • Takes 1-3 days depending on your shipping location.

 

Priority Mail Express -If you need overnight delivery. 

  • 1 day delivery in urban areas and 2 day delivery to rural areas.

  • Express Mail orders are placed Monday through Friday, before 3:00PM PST, except on holidays.
     

 

For  International  Shipping:

  • First Class: Shipping 1-3 Plus Weeks

  • Priority Shipping:6-10 days

  • Priority Express: 3-5 Days-Express Mail orders are placed Monday through Friday, before 3:00PM PST, except on holidays.

  •  IMPORTANT: All orders are shipped from the US. You may incur additional charges upon delivery, as Taxes and Duties collected for importing merchandise is not included in the shipping price. If any customs or import duties are due, you will be notified once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. If customer refuses to pay taxes or import duties and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs back to you. 

 We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays. Shipping times are only estimates, therefore goods may not be delivered when expected, due to weather, or any other external factors out of the control of  Joadaly Boutique. Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking number to the Email provided in check out.

 

If your package is returned back to us as undelivered we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery.

 

Joadaly Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. If there is a problem with your Priority mail package delivery  please call USPS directly-USPS: 1-800-ASK-USPS.
